While touring abroad in Europe, beautiful American skydiver Fathom Harvill gets wrapped up in international intrigue when Scottish spy Douglas Campbell recruits her to help him on a secret mission. In realising their scheme to rule the underworld, the Poisonous Snake Gang breeds the 'Blue Poisonous Bees' and sends Red Rose to the Flying Dragon Gang to execute the 'Flying Sting' mission.
